Oracle OCI vs. Amazon

Currently have a new grad offer from Amazon, and an offer from Oracle IC2. Amazon TC is 152k including relocation etc. Oracle is pending negotiation, but probably not taking it unless it's 165+ Both offers are in Seattle. What would you guys do?

OCI. Lost two of my boys in April this year. Heard they are paying well. Don’t go for negative Blind culture they seem to be enjoying the work. I might jump ship as well in coming months. For Amazon which org is this? If it is retail then run far and run fast.

If you are looking for high TC and WLB go with Oracle.

Been at both: I was at Amazon for a while and then moved to OCI because of the higher TC. Honestly couldn't take it even the first month. It was a huge downgrade (not that I was very happy at Amazon, but still it was way lower). The overall average quality of engineers was much lower than Amazon's. Stayed there for a few months and moved out the moment I got the new offer. I wouldn't make that mistake at all.
