Oracle Principal TPM Offer
I’m currently L64 at MSFT and got an offer from OCI for Principal TPM. I like the team and the hiring manger is asking me for a number that he will work with recruiters. I’m thinking about asking the following- Base 180k RSU 400k payable 25% yearly for 4 years joining cash bonus 40k Overall I am looking at $320k total comp. Anywhere I should ask less / more?
Ask upwards of $400k TC. How was the interview process and technical questions?

TPM is product manager or program manager?
This is all you are likely to get for IC4. If you want more ask to be bumped to IC5. Asking for $400k as IC4 will just show that you are ill-informed.
Amazon folks get offered around 400k to jump ship. Very much possible.
That is for devs, not TPMs.
Are you TPM or Eng at msft? What is TC there if you don't mind me asking?

Ask for 50% more stock. I was L62 at MS and was offered $440k worth of stock in OCI, and that was before I had any competing offers
