Lol those mapping is fake. You can search via LinkedIn on previous position in Oracle and current Staff at Google. The results are pretty obvious and showing CMTS

It all depends. The new grads compensation is more than a PMTS.
Minimum 140K to 180K depending upon which team you're joining. Make sure you negotiate and go for max ceiling, once you join its not gonna change for several years. All the best.
