Hi all, I had my interview with Oracle today. I pretty much did the coding and the design part well. (At least the coding rounds). I messed up in the behavior round a bit with the manager. Considering the fact that I just have 6 months of work experience. Will my behavior round be considered seriously? What should I expect , let me know your thoughts. Note: The hiring manager who interviewed me wasn't my actual hiring manager he was covering up for him since the actual one was on leave.
Lc medium and design a voting system. He just wanted to know how I would approach Design problem, was kind of chill.
What does messing up behavioral mean - did you have a brain freeze ?
Exactly !! Apparently didn't prepare well for the behavior.
Hey OP. Can I DM you for your interview experience?
Yes
Yes
How was ur phone screen btw
It was Lc medium
Dp?

?
How did you mess up the behavior part?
Lol I had a brain freeze and perhaps he was asking me about interaction with clients and all.. I just have 6 months of work experience, I was not quite sure how to answer those questions
That’s fine they know first tine jiobs can be nervous
Likely you'll do fine
OCI I thinks they can save themselves by hiring IC2. You can't really screw up interview if you are willing to work for Oracle Brain freeze is no big deal, u less the manager is new and scared of their boss. In wichh case you are better off
How was the interview? They asked design for 0.5 YOE lol
Yeah really don’t know why we do that lol
