I just got an initial offer for non-oci ic-3 at around 160k total comp which is way above market in my area. I'm interested in knowing typical yearly raises/stock grants for non-oci swe positions. Current tc: 115k + 10% bonus New tc: 150k + 30k in rsus 7.5 years experience
I’m not a SWE, in more of an operational role and we never get annual raises. The budgets for raises are usually small so not everyone gets an increase. Even some good performers will get skipped over due to not enough raise budget money.
Forget raises, bonuses, and refreshers if you are non-OCI. I do not recommend any non-OCI org in Oracle if you even slightly care about the money.
