I'll start - base is $85k, 40:60 split and ote of $250k. Haven't made less than $350 for the past 3 years. No caps. You?

That way for a base of 85 it would be a commission of about 127 if you achieve your targets I guess. Actually I am actively considering moving to sales - is there any site/doc that someone can direct me to understand various sales incentives possibilities...

Enterprise AE, new biz acquisition. 198 OTE on a 50-50 split. Last year I brought in 215. No caps. Apparently I need to look at Cisco!
