Has any non-citizen and non-PR folks did mortgage with PNC Bank? Cannot find if the bank would accept mortgage applications from folks on H1B.
For a property in US they do give a mortgage on H1B. If it’s a conventional loan no bank should deny a mortgage on H1B.
