I really prefer remote and coming into office on my own terms. Square was my ideal company but seems like joining as a new grad and getting promoted internally is worse for TC than reinterviewing for higher role (which will let me negotiate). Right now my plan is to choose Google, stick it out for ~2 years, and evaluate if I want to jump to Meta or Square. Thoughts?
