They’re 8/10 middle and high schools... If you’re going to overpay for a house for a public school district, at least do it for a 10/10 or the 9/10s which are borderline 10. If it ain’t borderline 10, kid gotta go private. Good private too obviously. And this is a ridiculous amount for a house in which the schools basically necessitate private
