Need help about decision on an offer.

After getting rejected from Facebook , Google, Uber , Palantir and some other companies, I am thinking if I should move on and accept an existing offer..

3 offers are confusing at the moment, (not mentioning stocks here, because base is important for me)

1. Skyscanner - London - 70K GBP + 7K GBP year end bonus
2. Twilio - Tallinn - ~65K Euros
3. Glovo - Barcelona - 72K Euros + 6K Euros joining bonus

Things I hate about each of them and I love about each of them
1. Hate low stocks (4K for 4 years) ; love Company standards
2. Hate Location (I might freeze to death?) ; love stock options (20-25K Euros per year)
3. Hate low pay compared to COL (including 9K phantom stocks) ; love the city

Another confusion is , if I should be waiting till January for my Amazon London Prime Video onsites (phone screen done and waiting for recruiter to schedule in mid Jan) But I will be losing the Glovo offer and Twilio offer meanwhile..

    London isn’t bad either except CoL is going to be a lot higher.

    Doesn’t Twilio have locations in Western Europe?

      Sounds logical, but not sure about internal movement in Tallinn, Haven't heard much about the possibility of it. (some posts on blind say its not possible easily , though recruiter said it does happen in Europe). But not sure at all. Hoping that someone from Twilio can give info about this.

    72 is very good for Barcelona. I'm relocating there in 2 months :)) I was thinking about applying at Glovo as well, they offer the best salary.

  • 72k is a very good salary for bcn cost of living. If you are interested in moving to bcn, have you checked with Skyscanner if the position is also available there? We usually hire for tech roles in bcn, London or Scotland.
