Experience with key bank for lending?
Has anyone recently used keybank for lending? what rate did you get? Is it true they offer 0 pmi even with a 10% down?
10% down is true although I have no idea how they manage to do it. I have had really bad experience with them. Almost missed the closing date. Avoid if you asked me!
We went with key bank couple of months ago 10% down with no pmi..however we had to show 12 month emi reserves. This is in Seattle area. We got 2.5% 10 ARM.
Just higher interest
They gave me pre-approval with 10% down for 1.2mil. Doesn't say anything about pmi. Enjoy
