I am an Engineering Manager (level 6, a first-level) at Twitter. Here are my numbers:
Base 200k
Stock 200k annually (with current stock price)
20% annual bonus
All together, TC is around 440k
Oracle offers the role of Sr Engineering Manager in Oracle Cloud (I guess this is one level up compare to Twitter)
Base 245k
27k sign-on bonus (I am trying to make it higher, the negotiation is still going on)
Stock 3000 RSUs per year (around 190k) or 12000 stock shares vested over 4 years
3% annual bonus
All together, TC is around 450k
17 years of total experience, 13 years in management.

Thoughts?
P.S. Any ideas why Oracle pays a 3% annual bonus to Sr Managers? Is it typical, or shall I demand a standard 15-20% yearly bonus?

1. Too small a hike
2. Oracle is bloated with titles. Sr. Mgr is the first level manager in most cases.
240k base
130k stock per year (8000 shares over 4 years)
27k sign-on 1st year
27k sign-on 2nd year
I declined and they told me they try to get approval for better numbers.
How can they expect a candidate to take a lower TC (less what I make now)? WTF?
Very disappointed! :(
