Heard it’s hard to find E7+ at Facebook
But I saw huge amount of people are at E6+
Also know most of G L4/5 got E6 at Facebook
Wonder what’s the true percentage of E6, E7, E8 at Facebook

E7 is very demanding for sure, no matter the percentage.
I am pretty happy staying at E6 (years already having GE as well) and don't want to go E7. Well, I am not that good as well. Definitely know ppls who are really good and perform well at E7.
Inflation is real.
However, I am curious to know what differentiates an E6 from E5? What kind of work do they do? How different are their responsibilities?
Ask for E6 interview and you can just get down leveled to E5 based on interview performance
Also, I believe Front-end system design interview questions are not similar to backend/infra roles. So any idea what kind of questions to expect in front end system design interview?
