I interviewed for an analyst position at Royal Caribbean. I met with 4 people including the hiring manager. I feel that I did really good in the interview. It’s a contract to hire role. How many days should I wait before following up? Can you guys help me with a referral? PD: This was the third interview, the first two were phone calls. How is the culture there? What do you know about contract to hire roles?
Horrible culture... extremely cut throat. Done buy their BS as it’s the best place to work in south FL.
