PHP in FANG companies
I have more than 7 years of experience in PHP, recently I decided to improve my career and got an interview from UBER and Amazon. but I understood that I cannot use PHP in their interview so I tried to learn JS. but it was like a weak language. there was no internal data structure support and also it was not as typical languages like JAVA or PHP at all. TLDR; I did not go to the interview. does this will be a negative mark for me?

Use Python. You can write in English so you can program in Python.
for someone with more than 7 YOE in a programming language you should be able to easily pick up any other language. If you don't like JavaScript then whats holding you back from literally any other relevant language?

I talked with Amazon recruiter, she said
TL;DR goes to the beginning of your text. Now you can research about hoisting in javascript to be better prepared for the next one.
