Had a return offer from Intuit, and recently got an offer from Hubspot. Would appreciate input on which company is better for NG! Thanks in advance.
Intuit (San Diego, CA) :
base: 115k
stock: 65k (25/25/25/25)
sign-on bonus: 0
yearly bonus: 10%
Hubspot (Cambridge, MA):
base: 125k
stock: 30k (25/25/25/25)
sign-on bonus: 10k
yearly bonus: n/a (not sure about this)
Any advice would be appreciated! Would love to learn more about the reason behind the vote as well.

Company-wise, I'd choose Intuit. Seems like a more mature company with still a lot of growth ahead.
someone with more exp here might be able to correct my assumptions though.
That being said, I'm interested in leaving since the pay range is lower than what I want.
Lower comp aside, its a nice company to work at.
