I’m currently a 1st year out of college product manager at a start up. I’m interviewing at a Google next week and would love advice, ideas, questions, interview prep, or any insight on how to nail my upcoming interview. One other thought... As a data product manager at a SAAS company I’ve been working on a growing data service product for clients while trying to maintain team cost ratios... by primarily establishing cross functional goals with sales, account managers, and fulfillment. My new role asks for more experience and I still made it to the video conference interview before the on-site. I’m apprehensive because of the new field and my lower years of experience. Do you have any thoughts on this as I interview?
