PM with total TC 254k
I'm a PM with 6 years of work experience & my CTC is 254k in Seattle area. I want to know which all companies can pay me more than this. In short I want to know on my experience which all companies I can target.

What group? Also 275-300 in Menlo is not the same as Seattle

6 years or 3 years or 30 years is not too relevant. What a company can pay depends on what you can contribute. And that is (imperfectly) reflected in your level.
You are way overpaid for 6 yrs experience. Enjoy while this lasts.
Take it light. You don’t get paid for yoe. You get paid for value add.

Can you elaborate how many total years of work experience you have, and out of that how many of those are PM (looks like 6?). What is the breakdown of base, bonuses, and equity? You might be making a high TC because of equity.
6 years from college; 150k base 22k bonus ; 90k stocks awarded this year and 54k unvested stocks
