Career Path Suggestion

I have been working as a requirements engineer in Denso from past 5 years.
As a requirements engineer:
1. I directly talk to auto OEMs ( Ford, Toyota) to understand their requirements, develop use case , and impact analysis I work with leadership to provide feedback on customer requests.

2. I also work on developing process in compliant with regulated auto industry.

3. I decompose customer requirements and create low level implementation requirements to help software engineer develop the product.

4. I own the change management and requirements review for my product.

I can read ,understand , and debug code. I do not have software development background.

As a requirements engineer, I don’t know what are my career options, if i don’t decide i may be stuck at the same level with low pay in cold Michigan.

What are the best career options for requirements engineer?

I don’t want to do MBA.
