There's target comp and there's comp after stock appreciation. We don't know which one is which. Same for your TC. Is it target comp or after stock appreciation?
Most of the times new offers are the highest, higher than the perceived inflated compensations due to stock appreciation.

Architect, wlb is ok but we still work 40-50 a week
Being an architect at Salesforce could be pretty challenging (to show impact) since Salesforce is sitting on a solid amount of tech debt
