I’ve got a Facebook TPM (Technical Program Manager) interview coming up in 3 weeks. Wondering if anyone has any pointers or tips for the Initial Screen round and full loop? What are the salary ranges as of today? Should I go in trying to negotiate if given an offer? I’ve heard of them ghosting people for countering or asking for more #tech #facebook #tpm

    There is a cottage industry of startups with Meta TPMs who provide mocks. Prepfully, Exponent etc. They usually have pretty good pointers. Recommend Prepfully if you are more experienced, and Exponent if you are at college / junior level.

    There's also a lot of free resources, YouTube etc.
