Hi blind users, does anybody have experience negotiating a job offer with the Microsoft Azure Team (a position based in the bay area)?
While I'm currently a principal PM, I was offered for a Senior program manager role (L64). However, the initial offer is way lower than my current TC.
Any advice or tactics in the negotiation? Or how much wiggle room based on your experience.
Current TC: $400K
- Base+Bonus: $270K
- Yearly RSU refresh + unvested stock: $130K
Offered TC: $250K
- Base: $ 180K
- Bonus: 0-30%
- Annual refresher: $0-$60K
One-time
- $30K sign on
- On-hire stock: $100K
