Hello Blind Community,
I have 13+ years of Software Development experience, working as a EM at present. I am looking to grow my People mgmt and leadership skills.
Thinking of starting a degree/professional cert which can help me do MBA while continuing my full time job.
Options in consideration right now: Stanford LEAD, Harvard Business School Online
Due to family responsibilities it would be hard to travel on regular basis, so part time MBA option is not considered.
Any suggestions for the university/course/specialization is appreciated.
The other data point is that my employer pays 5K/year for education, I would like to use it towards this goal for next year or two.

Does your company have any programs to develop executives? Have you asked about them?
As I am already in Engineering Management Role and learning lot of technical skills in my current role, I would like course/cert that can help me enhance my people management and project mgmt skills.
I have always been very hands on engineering manager so I think I am good with technical skills but I think I can use some formal education in mgmt side of things since that subject has a lot of depth.
