I think on-call is not great but it doesn't dominate your life. I work 40ish hours but I'd say on average 40-50 is reasonable.
Once again, team dependent.
I like the complexity of the codebase. The SQL engine is old but fascinating. Always something to learn and improve.
Engg system is pretty bad
From what I see promos are not as frequent as in other orgs
So, even with decent performance, is 60 to 61 expected to be a 2+ year journey?
