Why do most Israelis still think India is "dirty and disgusting"?
Anyone have insight into C2FO? What’s remote work like there and what’s comp look like? Tc-$185K
130 is their senior level starting point and they’ll go up to 180 if you have experience in their more advance team’s stacks (Scala, Golang, Akka, Kafka). The bonus is 10% but it is based on company performance. In the 8.5 years I was there we got the full bonus only twice fwiw so definitely don’t count on it. Stock options they give to new folks are a complete joke - 1k options at a high strike price and 4 year vesting period with a pretty low FMV. As far as culture. All exec level personnel has turned over in the last 12 months with the exception of the President and CEO which is wildly concerning. They’ve lost a lot of good people in their tech org because they refuse to pay market rates and HR there is infamous for screwing people over.
Regarding exec churn - it is expected when company wants to go Public. Must shed old weight.
Location adjusted, if you in KC metro, expect above local but below national average comp. If you're in HCOL cities like NY Seattle,, you would be paid much higher
Thanks. What avg comp are we talking? Avg full tech company comp? What would a senior level in engineering look like?
Don't quote me on it, around 130 base in KC, 170 in NY/Seattle. 15% bonus, plus some paper money with worse vesting schedule
