Exactly, you need to laugh on the idiotic ways of managers, have to clarify *some*, I have seen many fantastic managers in other teams or that I have work on. For career wise you do learn a ton both internally and from customers ๐
*lots* of interesting new work, but I'm sure there are other companies that make up for it with better culture/management. Still, a great place for growth.
Best for learning how to survive pip. It is much better to join other companies where your colleagues are more helpful since they are not worried about being pip.
Depends on the team just like anything else. Some teams actually implant bad practices and habits like deploying without proper integration testing or maybe deploying without sufficient unit testing
Is it easy to switch teams? Off the top of your head can you name some good ones? It's completely random for new grad and you don't find out until a couple months before start date
There are bad teams and good teams in most orgs. Itโs a crap shoot. If youโre new I would focus on learning as much as you can. It is good for delivering a lot, which over time does make you a better developer. You just have to aware of things your team isnโt doing correctly
