Running through some interviews currently and have a few questions. Have worked in the past in very free form startups all the way to "allotted bathroom break" environments. Also have worked in full-office, full-remote, and in between. Can anyone here let me know a bit more about the culture and what the nitty gritty looks like day to day? Heavily routine or lots of individual freedom? If you have a suggestion you want to test in a cadence, is it possible? If you got up and went for a walk for 15 minutes would it be strange? If you needed a surprise remote day because the gas man is coming or you're driving your partner home from the Ortho sedated, is it an issue?
Your sequence will be preset and u cant edit. Good AEa create shadow sequences for their bdrs to edit but obviously not best practices
