Do any finance companies still offer paid-MBA and contract to return after?
Some companies pay a portion or fixed amount, say $10-20k per year
You have a list of them?
Barclays does this. Requirement is you should be AVP at the least. 15k min per year.
Deloitte does, but it is for only a few who are selected by the partners in their leadership chain
Lol to all of the non-MBB people
AMEX pays full tuition for executive mba
You need vp approvals for emba
7500 per year for regular mba
Every employee is elegible as long they are not on any developmental program meaning at least meeting expectations in the previous two year ratings
Cap one pays up to 5k a year for any education. You can also negotiate full mba tuition if you work 2 years after at cap one, but that’s for director+ I believe
MBB pays full tuition to top schools
EY pays full tuition if you’re with the firm for 3 years at least and are at Senior 1 level and above. They only sponsor for top 15 B-schools and you need to present a business case to the partners.
