Price on the secondary market is around $4.50/share net to buyer. Don’t know the current option strike price for offers but almost 100% sure they’re underwater. Strike for options in comp packages was >$7 back in 2015, but I’ve heard they recently slashed the strike price for new contracts and are looking into issuing RSUs instead.
They were $7 in 2017 as well.
Ive heard that internally they are using the 11 billion valuation for their shares, also issuing RSUs now. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
Valued at 6 usd internally i think, and they seem to be doing RSUs now instead of options.
Latest bid-ask spread on Palantir is $5.00-$7.45 for secondary market sales
