I am interviewing for a SE position at their London office. Can someone provide any tips?
Just insist yourself on the SE, don’t show any interest in FDSE.
Are FDSEs that bad?
Deployments change over time in terms of requirements and plans. The layer of code that is specific to a deployment is not as good as the product code itself. As a FDE/FDSE you'll have to handle this. If you like coding, stay with SE for sure. If you prefer consulting over coding, you may want to try FDE/FDSE.
Their interview questions are LC Medium mostly, but they do expect you to write perfect code. There’s also some culture thing on their website iirc, go through that too.
I have heard Palantir is hardest among all and they slap your ass.
