I’m invited to do on-site with Palantir in their Seattle office. I already have offers from FB, Apple and Microsoft. I’m located on the East Coast so flying there is kind of painful...I haven’t heard much about Palantir and was wondering if it’s worth the effort interviewing with them? Btw my FB offer is 115k/150k/75k, Microsoft is 129.5k/130k/30k. Apple figures are still pending. All three offers are for Master’s new grad in the Bay Area. Wondering if Palantir would give comparable offers? Also how is it like working at P?
Former FB intern?
The bonus is great for a non intern otherwise
Can you post your Apple figures here once confirmed? Also how was FB experience? I just finished a phone screen with FB
Base would be similar I think. However equity is options, so it would be hard to compare.
Not very hard to compare against extra 100k, take the fb offer. Interviewing is a good exercise even if you’re not planning to accept the offer.
They cannot beat your offers, but they can require you to put in long hours while doing tons of business travel. They make up for it by issuing self esteem coupons and all the koolaid you can drink.
You say business travel like it’s a bad thing. They’ll send you to NYC, London, wherever you want really if we have a client there. There’s huge flexibility on what you work on. As people said, it’s options instead of stock, so there’s a risk element. But there’s also potential for much larger upside

Is it true many Indian couples are in sexless marriage?
Do you have master degree? MS offer is very good compared to what I had, maybe because you have competing offers
I haven’t negotiated with Microsoft yet. It’s the initial offer. 130k is the standard RSU amount for returning interns
