Does Palantir on the initial phone interview typically schedule the next interviews at the end or do they say they will get back to you once your information is passed along? #interview #Palantir #hr #tech
When I interviewed, I skipped the recruiter phone screen and went right to a 45 min video interview with a member of the team. Wasn’t a good fit for me, so I didn’t move forward afterwards.
Many positions phone screen with an employee in that function
They won't schedule you for a tech screen if you don't drink the kool-aid of their "mission". "Why Palantir" is such a stupid question which I'm sure 99% of current employees BS'ed on. I was honest, said "tech stack and foundry looks very interesting". Guess that wasn't good enough 🤷♂️. I should've mentioned how I want to save the world from terrorists I guess.

Does anybody schedule second interviews at the end of a screen? Never heard of that. Interviewer will give you something noncommittal and share feedback with the recruiter who will reach out if it’s a yes
I normally schedule tech screens immediately after recruiter call.
During the tech screen, before you get off the phone with them? That’s how I interpreted OP’s post
