I’m a new Grad interviewing for Palantir (SWE). Does anyone know how their interview process is like? Thanks
I don't think your background will matter one you pass the recruiter pre-screen. The engineer that interviews you will not care where you graduated, if at all. On the other hand, the recruiter might not give you a chance to interview if he/she thinks you're not qualified -- I have no insight to that process.
I’m in the DMV area and feeling like recruiting is stereotyping me tbh
I had a phone interview with an engineer. Simple coding question if you study enough.
Awesome, medium leetcode ?
More like easy.
If they don't keep you for another chat after lunch, is it a reject?
1 phone screen (2nd phone screen if 1st one indecisive), one day of on-sites consists of 3 interviews, lunch, a product demo, and possibly a chat with the hiring manager, then director/founder screen if you do well enough.
How are interviews like? Are they more system design or Algorithms
How ‘exclusive’ are they? Do they hire self taught sw devs? I feel like they wouldn’t look at my resume
