When I interviewed a couple of years ago, I was matched to a team and then was interviewed by individuals from that team. The interviews were largely general algorithms questions with some language understanding questions mixed in (scope, gc sorts)

Read Glassdoor reviews, had similar case recruiter calls for a quick chat and ends up saying not a good fit
I'm sure it's a great company and slightly off topic, but why would you want to come work there? Aren't these smaller players (compared to the giants of Apple/iTunes) about to be squeezed out of the market? A lot of people use Pandora and Spotify today but Apple Music is only a year or two old (in fact it launched while I was still at Apple). Those guys aren't messing around either. Either way all the best to you
Culture tbh. If I don't feel like I have the trust or the sense that I belong, the relationship is adversarial and not worth the time or effort for both parties.
Yea but my point is maybe pick a company with a better future outlook. How about LinkedIn (great culture, never mind what Microsoft might do to it 🤓👍🏻).
