What is TC looks like at pricewater cooper house? Do they have base and bonus only?

Starting partner salary for a director to partner promote is 450k regardless of group and 500k buy in that they loan you. You spend 4-5 years on the new partner grid. When you roll of the comp grid you can shoot up in comp. Cyber partners typically roll of around 750k - 1 mil depending on their book of business. I'm not well versed on catalyst direct admit comp. Comp for partners is determined based on the revenue for the firm at the end of the year. You don't get the typical guaranteed salary. You get partner shares which are then assigned a value
