Hey everyone -

I am working with a fintech startup who is looking for people for the following (100% remote) roles:
Base Salary(BS)

Product Manager/SPM - $150-225 BS
Head of Capital Markets (DCM focus) $175+ BS
Head of Compliance (x2) - $150-175 BS
Chief Compliance Officer - open to salary
Head of Finance - $175-225 BS
Head of Growth - $150+ BS
Sr Python Developer - $175+ BS
Sr Software Developer - backend - $180+ BS
Sr Software Developer - Full Stack - $180+ BS
Sr Data Analyst - $150+ BS
Data Scientist - $125+ BS
Credit Strategy Manager - $125-150 BS
Risk Operations Manager - $125-150 BS

My client is looking for past experience in fintech lending for these roles - he will not consider anything outside of that qualification (I've tried). Most roles will include equity in the company - no bonuses (sorry). GREAT benefits package.

Company's mission: to provide banking products to US immigrants and the underserved communities.

      I thought about posting the name of the company and I will share that with people who are qualified.

      The last thing I want is for me to say no, to have the name of the company posted, and to have more non-qualified candidates clog their inbox because it slows down the filling time.

      In today's candidate environment, candidates are expecting to hear feedback within 48 hours and to have the initial conversation with a prospective new employer within the week - speed is currency.

      I've posted in LinkedIn and there are over 400 applicants - majority that lie about their experience, and I have to go through each one to find out if they really do have the correct expeiernce
