For a senior software engineer, who pays more: trading firms like Jump Trading/Jane street or Two Sigma or Facebook/Google/Netflix? At the intern and new grad level it's clear that it is the trading firms. However because of limited data points and the complication of stocks it's less clear how each compares
You can always talk to a recruiter and find out. I think you'll always get conflicting second hand answers here
Are there any such big firms in Bay Area? Can you please tell the names ? I have tried getting a job in FANG for 1.5 years but been unsuccessful.
Common amazon interviews aren't that hard! Also have you tried salesforce, Ebay, VMware etc?
Don't want to go to eBay and VMWare. Have only got interview calls from Amazon and Facebook. Not getting from Microsoft (even willing to move to Seattle ) or Google or Salesforce.
Trading firms only pay you 100% bonus in a good year. Now count the FANG RSUs the answer is clear.
By 100% of bonus do you mean 100% of base salary? Or 100% of what is promised
of base salary
