Oracle and Google under fire lately for pay discrimination. Think other tech companies will conform? Or will they wait to get sued? https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cio.com/article/3337578/oracle-the-latest-to-face-pay-discrimination-lawsuit.amp.html
You're assuming that there is pay discrimination. This is a horrible poll. And Google was accused of having pay discrimination without any proof or details. They publish pay reports every year and this year, they actually found men were being underpaid and increased their salaries a bit.
Enlighten me. Where's the detailed report? Google employees provided the proof themselves... I didn't assume anything. Read the ducking article. The US govt is suing Oracle. My only assumption is that Google was underpaying minority men but conveniently left that part out. Nice try Google PR
Do a simple Google search and you'll find the detailed report. Google literally has been publishing for many years now. Yes US government is suing Oracle but the question implies that most companies are doing it which I disagree with.
