PayPal compensation for SE 2 or SE 3 with little less than 2 yoe?
Right now my friend works on contract there (employee of consulting company) and he might be getting offer for full time employee there. What should he be expecting in terms of base, stocks, joining bonus etc? He may be getting either SE2 or SE3 offer. This is for Bay Area. Update: They came up with following range for SE2 Base 105k - 115k Stocks 15k - 25k for 3 years total No sign on bonus They asked him to reply with his expectations. Is above range good for SE2?
No less than 300k
No less than 400k

110-120 base 25k rsu for 3 years 15k sign on 10% bonus each year
