PayPal vs Microsoft vs series b start up
PayPal (San Jose) got offer base 155 stocks 80k for 3 years + 20 k sign on. Microsoft sde2 azure (Seattle) I have asked for 150 base. 100k stocks + 10 percentage bonus + no sign (on negotiation going). Series b start up 165k base + 20k rsu at .50 share vale. Total of 8 years of experience. With master. Confused to choose which and do I have room for negotiation. please help.
