Paysa overestimates pay
Am I the only person that feels that paysa exorbitantly over inflates salary ranges, or am I just underpaid ?

Too check the base pay the most accurate source is http://h1bdata.info/ this database is based on actual h1b filings and renewals

Yes but it is accurate for those few companies like Google, fb, amazon and Microsoft

The h1b database looks like it only shows base salary, and does not include bonus or RSU. Is that correct?
