I’m looking to transition from Data Analyst to Pega PRPC application development. Any Pega Practioners here would like to guide me on the TC I can expect for CSA, CSSA and LSA roles in the US? Also the current future scope for Pega skills in the market? Thanks! #pega

  • There is indeed a very high demand for skilled professionals. They pay top dollar (I.e. base, bonus.) Benefits are close, but lack compared to MSFT. Pega Academy courses, which you can freely take, will provide you with requisite education.

Pega hires based on existing experience, talent, aptitude, and demonstrated propensity/capacity/devotion to learn. It’s notable to mention they do run new staff through a comprehensive Onboarding Bootcamp where you will learn the technology.

    I hope this helps!!

Any good estimate on how much I can expect to get paid as an LSA? I know FANGS pay the top dollar but like a general guess?

If you have to become really good in Pega I would advise you to learn BPM and RPA.

The best way to learn Pega are their academy courses. Go to their certification path page it will guide you what to learn and in which order. https://academy.pega.com/certification-paths
