Say that you have two equivalent TC offers on a range you’re comfortable accepting. One company offered it without any games and drama. Gave paper offer without any exploding deadline. The other company first offered a lowball, and only after negotiations came to match the first offer. You need to accept verbally before they give you a paper offer. Would you penalize the lowball company when deciding?
All else equal, yeah. If they fuck with you during the hiring process they'll probably fuck with you when you're employed there.
That’s what I think. But sometimes the recruiting org has nothing to do with the team. Are interactions during hiring process indicative enough?
