My role has changed from typical T&D Director currently driving Change Management programs through the use of scrum / agile, lean, six sigma, kaizen, project management, etc. I am driving People Analytics projects connecting insights from business outputs, operational data and connecting it to people data and people systems data. This happens in a company with 25,000 employees. What is a reasonable salary range? May it include stock options?
In SoCal, base would be 170,25 pct bonus,150k initial grant with 60k refresh a year.
