How much hike you expect in general when SWE is promoted to senior SWE at Linkedin? how much stocks ? percentage hike ? etc ? TC 200k yoe 3

You'll probably hit the lower band of senior, which is around 250k Most people are a bit above that due to stock appreciation
Do you get additional stocks as well on promotion?

You got stocks so that your tc is at sr swe and manager usually tries to position you on the percentile relative to how strong of sr swe you are. So you can get additional stock during promo (likely)
