Percentage of approval of Google executive committee
I've passed HC and now waiting for executive committee sign off review. I have interviewed for software engineer in SRE position. I am software engineer having B. Sc. degree and 4 years of working experience. Which level can I expect? How likely I am going to pass the executive committee review?

L4 for 4YOE would be unlucky. I got promoted to L4 after 16 months

Thank you. My recruiter didn't perform team matching yet and said team matching will be done after the offer and 4/6 weeks before start date. Why is that?
That's a long time. Do you need to wait on H1B transfer? Most teams will want to fill their specific spots soonish. So if you joining might be months out, they are likely to pass. Picking a team closer to start date is better for you in that case, to have more options.
