Amazon L7 Senior Manager Product Management (l7) salary?

In final interview loop with Amazon recruiter has hinted at TC of 500. Would like some clarity on how this offer should break down with amazons new salary cap. 4 year deal. 500 tc. Base of 200-250. Other half is bonus for the first 2 years. And then RSUs for year 3 and 4.

@OP, is this for non-tech or tech ? Non tech does not exceed $400k and tech goes as high as $560. Please let us know if you are getting $500k for non tech . That will be news to us
