    What service line in deloitte? If it’s something like Deloitte digital customer strategy, then it would be well worth it.

      6 years, in the middle of an MBA, no prior consulting experience. This Deloitte role came up from an acquisition (my current company where I work got acquired by Monitor). I’m on probation at this current role and have two more months left so I’m not sure how much leverage I’ve got.

      That is a unique situation. If you will be getting MBA, then the market price at Deloitte is definitely 160k or above.

      I’ve always wanted to work on the innovation projects so I’m definitely biased here. But what I would do is, negotiate the salary using ServiceNow. Be ready to jump if they don’t take it. I guess the tricky thing is to finding someone who you can talk to. Not HR but a partner level. Based on my experience, it’s whole lot easier for PPMDs to bump your salary when you have a solid offer because they themselves need to go through a lot of hoops to get that bump approved.

      So if you have a connection, and interested in the role, def push for it and give it a shot.
