Pilates in SF
Newbie to pilates, never done it before and don't really know much about it. Are there any places you recommend in SF that are easily approachable by newcomers to the world of pilates?

DgBB58 Sep 24, 2018Core40! I tried a few locations of them. instructors are really encouraging. You will be working out with reformer machine. So it’s easy to adjust the strength of training for yourself, great for newcomers.

I bought a Pilates platform with smart tablet and on - demand lessons .. for all I paid less than two grands which is really great value.. I am using it for a month now and it’s amazing results.. the platform called Zous Pilates reformer with smart system and I bought it from PersonalHour.. I think it’s a new company in SF
I heard there's classpass-type things where you can try out a couple of classes for a fixed rate
