Why no not acquired option? Shopify should buy but they won’t
Shopify should buy Pinterest? I actually haven’t heard this take before but it makes sense. Dominate the buying cycle, from first view all the way through payment. I like it.
Probably won’t be acquired at this point. But that would be a great outcome. Pairing the Pinterest product with the Instagram ad monster could easily justify a 100% premium on current price.
Don't think the DoJ would approve that acquisition
Meh, the doj is as toothless as they come.
Pinterest is not as good as used to be. What I click on is not what I get 😅
What do you mean? Like, things aren’t linked properly?
Yes, you click on something that says A and you land on website about C.
Not happening.
OP: where are the rumors?
I always saw Amazon being a buyer

What's your PT or HODL? I'm in at $60 and see $100 by Q3 which is my first PT.
This is not a smart post. Valuations are based off of overall company valuation, not an arbitrary price for an unknown number of shares.
Actually, your post is quite, um, unsmartish. Deal valuations are often based on $/share and it is not at all uncommon to value an acquisition based on price/share because that is a reflection of its valuation. Value/shares = share price. Often, M&A deals are share swaps at some premium over market price. So, yeah, an informal survey of what people think an acquisition might price out at based on share price is perfectly normal and not stupid.
boy you sure don’t know how that works lmao
